With version 0.1.11

This works:
dataset_op = S3DownloadOp("download-dataset", ...)

train_op = TrainOp("train",... )
train_op.after(dataset_op)

This doesn't:
dataset_op = S3DownloadOp("Download-dataset", ...)

train_op = TrainOp("train",... )
train_op.after(dataset_op)
