Update Watson training component to output model location UID

We want to add an extra output to our Watson training component so that the next component can capture the model location within cloud object storage without installing the Watson client.

I'm waiting for a kubeflow member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line.
