How to disable clusterLabel? #851

We don't use cluster-related labels at all, so how can we disable clusterLabel completely?

For example, we use this promQL: (without any cluster-related labels)

sum(node_namespace_pod_container:container_cpu_usage_seconds_total:sum_irate) by (namespace)
sum(kube_pod_owner{component="kube-state-metrics"}) by (namespace)
