chore: remove unncessary vm provisioning and azdriver-node register from integration test

What this PR does / why we need it:

• integration test for v2 driver has been manually installing azdrivernode object for the provisioned VMs to the KIND cluster but this is no longer necessary as the integration test will no longer try to test replica attachment scenarios.
