remove MostRequestedPriority from doc since already deprecated #733

Hi @JaneLiuL. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes-sigs member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.

@JaneLiuL it's still important to mention that this has to be used with the right scheduler config, like in #668 (comment) and #668 (comment)

no, it is related to #646, i just thinking that for use one pr for fix two document related issues. is it change the pr title will be better?

same as above, we don't just want to remove MostRequestedPriority; need to update with the new change
