Follow amazonlinux/amazon-linux-2023#56 (comment) , the container-selinux can be easily installed by amazon-linux-extras enable selinux-ng

So fix the broken CI https://gitlab.com/kargo-ci/kubernetes-sigs-kubespray/-/jobs/6831370040 , with add selinux-ng repo in amazon Linux.
