Hi @phoenixking25. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes-sigs member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

make builder
A binary file will be generated at the root directory of the project.
Usage :- ./mtb-builder create block host IPC --profile-level 1
At present just taking benchmark name and profile level, leaving the rest of fields to be filled by user in config.yaml
Reason: for example MTB-PL1-BC-CPI-5 in this we can generate most of the ID but can't serial order as builder is separate from the project and dont know about any previous added benchmarks.
