chore: remove deprecated --grpc-supported-providers and --debug flag

What this PR does / why we need it:

• Removes deprecated --grpc-supported-providers flag (deprecated in v0.0.21)
• Removes deprecated --debug flag (deprecated in v0.0.17)
• Removes deprecated values from helm chart and updates readme
