Turns out there is a bug in 1.2.0 that will be fixed in an upcoming release that will cause problems for people upgrading from 1.0.0: aws/amazon-vpc-cni-k8s#188

@adammw looks like 1.2.1 was released which fixes the issue you mentioned. Mind bumping the version?
