I tracked these fields back to a 2016 commit that added the entire struct but they still werent used even back then.

I tracked these fields back to a 2016 commit that added the entire struct but they still weren't used even back then.
Coincidentally ECU is the only field in this type not available in the recently added
ec2.DescribeInstanceTypes, so we can potentially switch entirely to that and drop hardcoded instance-type list altogether. This would allow new instance types to be supported without having to cut a new kops release.
