What type of PR is this?
/kind bug
/kind flake
What this PR does / why we need it:
The flaking test always fails with the
polo
test path. The test waits for the container to be running, but the test command sleeps for 2 seconds before writing output, creating a race. Presumably this started failing because the previous kubectl implementation takes more than 2 seconds to run.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
Fixes #106341
