After the merge of this pull request

Some deprecated flags are hidden from help message.
This issue is addressed to trace what options should we take back.

One related change to kube-apiserver: #62621

There are 4 flags are effected:
--include-extended-apis
--show-all
--container-port
--interactive

Do we want to show them or leave as it is?
