What happened:
I'd like to have some kind of an indication on which nodes CPU manager is running

What you expected to happen:
Users should be able to distinguish between the nodes that have CPU manager running and those that aren't, so they'll be able to schedule workloads on nodes with a running CPU manager.

Environment:

Client Version: version.Info{Major:"1", Minor:"10", GitVersion:"v1.10.3", GitCommit:"2bba0127d85d5a46ab4b778548be28623b32d0b0", GitTreeState:"clean", BuildDate:"2018-05-21T09:17:39Z", GoVersion:"go1.9.3", Compiler:"gc", Platform:"linux/amd64"}
Server Version: version.Info{Major:"1", Minor:"10", GitVersion:"v1.10.3", GitCommit:"2bba0127d85d5a46ab4b778548be28623b32d0b0", GitTreeState:"clean", BuildDate:"2018-05-21T09:05:37Z", GoVersion:"go1.9.3", Compiler:"gc", Platform:"linux/amd64"}

If this is done, the label should indicate also which CPU manager policy a node is using.

What gives me some headache in this context, is that a user still would have to request a node with that label, since the cpu request is only interpreted by kubelet and not by the scheduler. Were there some discussions regarding to making static cpu assignments schedulable?

I think it is a big gap that the user is not able to determine the effective cpu manager policy anywhere.
