What type of PR is this?
/kind cleanup

What this PR does / why we need it:
Aliases of most e2e sub framework are named with e2e as prefix.
For example,

test/e2e/apps/job.go
        e2enode "k8s.io/kubernetes/test/e2e/framework/node"
        e2epod "k8s.io/kubernetes/test/e2e/framework/pod"
        ^^^

However, job isn't like that.

test/e2e/apps/job.go
        jobutil "k8s.io/kubernetes/test/e2e/framework/job"
        ^^^^^^^

I consider that the source code would be more readable if they are unified.

I agree with your analysis that consolidating around the e2e prefix makes the code more readable. Thanks :)
