What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR is addressing a panic while running the e2e tests for vsphere cloud provider.
The method -
disksAreAttached
is returning a nil map and hence the vsphere cloud provider performance tests are failing. With this fix the test cases are running with no failures.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
