Update Minio example

What this PR does / why we need it:
Added examples for Minio standalone and distributed modes

Which issue this PR fixes (optional, in fixes #<issue number>(, fixes #<issue_number>, ...) format, will close that issue when PR gets merged):

• Add latest image tag in Minio image.
• Remove command and use args instead, inline with latest change in Minio.

Release note:

Updates Minio server deployment example.
