@caesarxuchao yes, that comment was probably meant for the general question. I haven't looked in detail through all generators. But I would like to remove the distinction between first and second comment block above package or a type in all of them. Was wondering whether we have any place where we intentionally made this distinction, i.e. where the semantics should be different.
