What type of PR is this?

Uncomment only one /kind <> line, hit enter to put that in a new line, and remove leading whitespaces from that line:

/kind cleanup
/kind design

/kind documentation

/kind failing-test

/kind flake

What this PR does / why we need it:
Fix misleading help output for the --help option to kube-scheduler.

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
Sort-of an upstream fix of kubernetes/website#14503

Special notes for your reviewer:
I didn't test this locally (because it's a one-line fix to the help, with no other impact).
