I've got the repo ready, but I'm waiting on #259 to be able to invite @Bradamant3, @chenopis, and @zacharysarah to k-sigs. I can't add you as admins until you're a part of the org. |

This request arises directly from the localization sprint at KubeCon/CloudNativeCon Shanghai 2018.
Specifically, this repo is to implement the logic described in https://github.com/servicemesher/istio-official-translation (content in Chinese) to track metadata in k/website and help localization teams track diffs in content.
