This will be used to house the new CSIDriver CRD object proposed in kubernetes/community#2514

Following the existing pattern of https://github.com/kubernetes/api and https://github.com/kubernetes/client-go, CSI types will be defined in "k8s.io/kubernetes/staging/...". The generated API and client will be published, upon merge, to https://github.com/kubernetes/csi-api
