is preset-azure-capz-sa-cred the correct SA?
We set preset-windows-private-registry-cred for the 1.24 jobs here #30397

This is the capz ci-conformance.sh and is the same configuration as the 1.25 job

@jsturtevant: Updated the job-config configmap in namespace default at cluster test-infra-trusted using the following files:

  • key release-1.24-windows-presubmits.yaml using file config/jobs/kubernetes-sigs/sig-windows/release-1.24-windows-presubmits.yaml
