feat: migrate pull-kubernetes-node-arm64-ubuntu-serial-gce-1.29 into community cluster #32159

Migrate pull-kubernetes-node-arm64-ubuntu-serial-gce-1.29 job to community cluster.
(Resources are the same of already running jobs)

Hi @alessandrocapanna. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

@alessandrocapanna: Updated the job-config configmap in namespace default at cluster test-infra-trusted using the following files:

  • key 1.29.yaml using file config/jobs/kubernetes/sig-release/release-branch-jobs/1.29.yaml

In response to this:

Migrate pull-kubernetes-node-arm64-ubuntu-serial-gce-1.29 job to community cluster.
(Resources are the same of already running jobs)
