This is a Feature Request

What would you like to be added
Add a list of alpha, beta and stable options of CPU Manager into a new page within https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/node/
(and not https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/administer-cluster/cpu-management-policies/)

Why is this needed
Task pages are the wrong place to put reference docs.

Comments
Sibling issue because topology manager options followed cpumanager's example. If we fix topology manager, it seems natural to fix cpu manager as well
