Sometimes Transactions shows that the wrong step failed #1755

Describe the bug

After creating a transaction with two steps and try to running it, I noticed that the second step failed, however the CLI and the WebUI marked the first one as failed

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run a transaction through CLI without the -w flag
  2. Run the transaction through CLI with the -w flag
  3. Wait for its response

Expected behavior

The CLI and WebUI should show the error on the correct step
