When using the test connection button on a Tempo data store configuration, you can have the first two tests pass and the last test fail... even though the connection is fine. We should consider the 'error' of 'trace-id can't be all zero' to actually be considered a success. This error case should be verified against a Tempo instance before correcting.

This was fixed but not released yet via #1963.
