[CLI Improvements] Migrate Tests to resource manager architecture - Frontend

Frontend changes are primarily dependent of the OpenAPI specs changes described here

Which is going to affect the following sections of the web app:

1. Models
2. Endpoints (header definitions)
3. Yaml definitions for tests

Acceptance Criteria:

AC1
As a developer working on the FE
The application should work exactly as it were before the test resource migration, having an emphasis on the following:

• Test CRUD
• Test execution
• Test specs and outputs CRUD

AC2
As a developer working on the FE
I should be able to see the test YAML definition as before
