Integrate the Analyzer resource as part of the CLI command list

Acceptance Criteria

AC1
As a user using the CLI
I should be able to manipulate the Analyzer settings from the available verbs:

  • List
  • Get
  • Apply
  • Delete

AC2
As a user getting results back for the analyzer
I should be able to add the output format flag
And get the results based on the parameters I used
