UX issue when long text is entered in a header on the HTTP trigger

When a long value is entered on either of the name / value pairs on the Headers page on the the HTTP trigger, there is a UX issue that causes other content on that line to scroll out of view. We need to be able to see all the fields (name, value, and delete icon) even if we enter a long name or value.
