What this PR does / why we need it:
When using kube-vip for high availability, kubekey will bind the VIP to the interface where the host ip is located. This can lead to a problem.Take
VIP=192.168.100.2for example,if the host also has such as192.168.100.2xxip address, then the192.168.100.2xxinterface will be searched out resulting in errors.The solution is to add a space before and after the ip when getting the interface.
