In the CI environment, delete all existing pods and deployments, to make the CI job more resilient agains manifest changes.

Qemu is able to create the tuntap devices, but we have to add them to the br0 bridge before qemu, so let's pre-recreate them like we do with primary nic. Signed-off-by: Quique Llorente <ellorent@redhat.com>
