Missing questions-ui.yml #11

Currently this policy doesn't have a questions-ui.yml that can be used to populate the Kubewarden UI.

This is not meant to be a policy used by kubernetes admins, so I don't know if this is something that we want to have...

By this not meant for kubernetes admins should we not include it in the PolicyGrid? If that's the case maybe we could add an annotation in the metadata for that, or I can just filter it out within the UI just by the policy name.

Let's add an annotation to hide it. What about:

annotations:
  rancher/hide-ui: true
