  • 申請結果通知メールアドレスに yamashu+slackid@hogehoge.com のようにエイリアスに ID を含める
  • そのないようを zapier にメール転送する

エイリアスの数には上限があるため、そっ閉じ。
他にも実現可能な方法はあるけど、課題感が大きくなさそうので、そっ閉じ。
