I'm interested in your project, but I can't run the program.

1. 'PIP subprocess error' occurred while configuring the environment. I downloaded all the pips in requires.yml, but when I opened spyder (AEB) and ran it for 5 seconds, it will flash back and automatically close spyder.
2. I am trying to run test_ebs.py using spyder (root) python3.8 and get stuck on 'sklear.utils.linear_assignment_' trying all the methods online without making progress. Can you help me?
