Normally executing the following shall install the package
pip3 install git+https://github.com/kulvait/KCT_denpy.git
Local install from the git directory
pip3 install --user --upgrade .
Normal user can execute the following
pip3 install --user git+https://github.com/kulvait/KCT_denpy.git
To update package as a normal user run the following command
pip3 install --upgrade --user git+https://github.com/kulvait/KCT_denpy.git
Local upgrade from git directory
pip3 install --user --upgrade .
Files that are not part of the package but can use as examples or useful scripts when working with the package
