New GUI build files for 1.0 RC3

This build includes a small handful of bugfixes and UX improvements.

Full changelog

• Remove the YAML tab from the Zones view (#89)
• mTLS warning fix for the Traffic Permissions view (#88) - This only affects Kubernetes
• Duplicated Dataplane tags fix (#87) - This is relevant to chore(*) introduce PaginationStore #1144
• Sidebar flyout state revision (#86) - This makes the sidebar child nav items visible at all times, instead of only after the user clicks their parent item to expand the menu
• chore(menu): rename all data plane proxies menu entry (#84)
• Build function improvements (#83) - This abstracts out the name of the product into env variables so that we can modify the product naming easily if needed. This is primarily for efficiency and to keep the components themselves agnostic
