Support client certificate authentication

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to connect to a web site that requires client certificate for
authentication.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What I see:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.58-beta, OpenSUSE Linux x86_64
