Version 0.4.2 - Bishoujo - Bugfix 2

Even though this looks like a small release, I've done some work in the background that will hopefully be available to you soon, namely auto updates. It isn't really compatible with how I did my versions up to this point so don't be scared if the format is a little different. Since that is one of the main reasons why I pushed this update, please bear with me if there are not many other changes:

Additions:

• Added ability to disable automatic update checks

Fixes:

• Fix watchlist not refreshing after updating it in proxtop
• Fixed parsing of profiles which have never been updated
• Fixed parsing of empty watchlists
• Fix logout not working how it's supposed to

Auto-Updates are not available in this version, but will be starting from the next version.
