atm, it is impossible to drag an Object fruther on on the TimeLine as the TimeLine does not move

Interestingly, I see that the timeline moves if you are doing a selection but not when moving an object. Investigating now.

Fixed by rearranging some code and adding call to check scrolling when moving objects.
