This repository is for my GitHub blog site

For the history of improvement of this repository, please read my blogs:

• Writing my first Github blog without installation of Jekyll locally!
• Adding a sidebar with categories, Tags, and Archive sections into my blog pages
• Improving my blog site continuously

Quick Start

This quick start is for persons who want to use this repository as the template of their own blog sites

Step 1) Fork or clone this repository to your User Repository

Fork or clone this repository, then rename the repository to yourgithubusername.github.io.

Please read this Githut blog here to know why you need to change the repository name.

Step 2) Customize the settings per your needs

You need to change the all related configuration flags in _config.yml file for your site

such as "name", "email", etc.

Step 3) Add your blog posts under /_post/ directory

Step 4) Commit and push changes into your own repository on Github

Step 5) Wait several seconds and view your site "yourgithubusername.github.io"
