Changes

• Replaced magic number inputs with drop-down lists containing proper names
• Added missing C-Gear & Pokédex skins and changed their names to be clearer (If you used Entralinked prior to this update, delete the dlc folder before starting it in order to use new skins)
• Dashboard configuration popups are now a bit more centered
• Revised how DLC is indexed internally to allow for duplicate names
• Automatic local host resolver now actually checks if the IP address is a private one instead of just returning the first one it finds
