Missing "databases" directory #11

Following your instructions I get:

IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'applications/test/databases/sql.log'

A simple mkdir fixes it but for sure other users will encour in this error!

Thanks for the report! This is due to the .gitignore for databases/. I'll update the installation and perhaps see if web2py can create this directory automatically on failure.
