Update golang base image from `1.20.5` to `1.20.6`. Go `1.20.6` fixes a CVE: * [CVE-2023-29406] https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2023-29406 Switched from `buster` to `bookworm` to be in line with `latest`. This guarantees quick update availability (1.20.6-buster is not released yet).
