What do you need

Getting started



Note: Every color is dedicated to color in gui when you select wings (Red - 1st; Green - 2nd; Blue - 3rd). Color doesnt affect patterns.
Picture is outdated* . Other colors releated to specific particles (Yellow - Fire, Pink - Witch, Orange - Lava drop, Aqua - Crit), these particles appear on pattern wings as well
Note: You should paint only ONE wing (Right wing), it will be cloned to left side by plugin automatically.
Note 2: Make sure you're using exact colors from palette, other shades of colors won't be recognized by plugin.

Making wings using Paint

  • Use palette tool to copy color
  • Then you can just start paining your wings (Example)
  • When you finished painting your wings. You need 2 things to do. 1. Add wings to config.yml; 2. Add wings to language file
  • Save your wings as PNG to '/SuperTrailsPro/wings/models/'
  • Open config.yml, Scroll down and add your wings (Example)
  • Open default language file (If you haven't changed anything, default language file is SuperTrailsPro/languages/English.yml)
  • Add name that gonna be displayed in inventory like that
  • Done, reload server or do /supertrails reload, now your wings available in wings menu

Making wings using Photoshop

  • Create new layer
  • Set layer blending mode to 'Hard light' (thats important cause in other modes photoshop changes layer color shades)
  • To copy colors use this tool
  • Paint your wings. USE PENCIL TOOL because brush tool is painting with different shades (Example from Paint tutorial)
  • Save file to '/SuperTrailsPro/wings/models/'. File type should be PNG, no compression should be applied.
  • You need 2 things to do. 1. Add wings to config.yml; 2. Add wings to language file
  • Open config.yml, Scroll down and add your wings (Example)
  • Open default language file (If you haven't changed anything, default language file is SuperTrailsPro/languages/English.yml)
  • Add name that gonna be displayed in inventory like that
  • Done, reload server or do /supertrails reload, now your wings available in wings menu

Post Processing

You can make wings even more beautiful by adding PostFX
You can add PostFX to wings and patterns. Please note that FX can be combined
