Does this project has the corresponding paper? I find several papers titled "Personalized Effect of Health Behavior on Blood Pressure: Machine Learning based Prediction and Recommendation" and "Offline and Online Learning Techniques for Personalized Blood Pressure Prediction and Health
Behavior Recommendations". It seems that these papers is similar to your project.

The README mentions using PPG data but the datacollection does not mention where/how it is captures and the read_data does not get it from Samsung (just averaged heart-rate)? Was it used but not in this code base?
