  1. Added Windows 11 folder set.
  2. Tweaked the folder icon highlights and shadows to make them pop; make them more discernible from the default OS folder icons.

For what ever reasons that triggered malware hits on Virus total in the last release, it appears to be a lot less now.
Like I posted in the previous release notes, there is nothing malicious in my little folder coloring utility at all.
If still unsure, please review the source code and you can always build it yourself using Visual Studio 2022 Community.

Wide char paths are now properly handled facilitating foreign character sets.

Note: This utility is in no way, shape, or form malware.
You can see for yourself the code is very simple and there is nothing malicious about it.

Yet somewhat frustratingly, now gets a false positive "dangerous" block from Chrome, and hits from a range of weak anti-virus scanners on VirusTotal too.
A quality anti-virus software with an emulator/sandbox vs ones with dumb signatures, and/or stupid heuristic rules don't have this problem.
I'm trying to get Folcolor whitelisted for the problem cases.
In the meantime, please go to "downloads" in your browser and manually approve/recover the download.
Also you can just build the executable yourself and/or use your own quality virus scanner after successful downloading instead.
Thank you.
