pokemon xd poke spot legality

Hi. So im doing my play through of pokemon xd right now and I had noticed this earlier while looking at RoC's pokemon XD save but when I just went to a poke spot and found a phanpy, that phampy was marked as illegal because of PID mismatch. I havent used any cheats, and like I said earlier, even RoC's pokemon XD save has this issue with his phanpy

Opened my save and all the Phanpy I caught in the latest build of PKHeX, everything checks out as legal.

Edit: Oh that's interesting, I checked ALL the PokeSpot Pokemon, turns out one of the Phanpy and one of the Gligar have that issue.

Hey I just wanted to let you know. Ive been playing a lot more today and I got dukings larvitar, meditite, and a few other poke spot pokemon and all of the have been flagged too.

Edit: I forgot to say, the zaprong elikit you get is also flagged. I havent used any cheats because pkhex has that glitch that will mess up my save so obviously it cant be that

Upon investigation, the Phanpy doesn't have a valid encounter slot call, and the Gligar doesn't have a valid encounter proc call.

I doubt that there is a way the game can force-create an encounter with an arbitrary slot, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was.

@Orionsilver The issue is with flagging certain valid encounters as invalid, not that none show up as valid.
