HGSS: Kanto Starters Event Constant, Trading Event Flag

Hello,

I did some research on my Soul Silver game and I found the following:

The Kanto Starters event (the gift from Prof. Oak after defeating Silver) is controlled by the event constant 305:

305: 0 — Not Activated

305: 1 — Activated (Oak will explain)
This goes together with: UnSet: 0766, 0767, 0768 to make the 3 Pokéballs visible on Oak's table

305: 2 — Active / Pending (Explanation done but Kanto starter not yet chosen)

305: 3 — Obtained Bulbasaur

305: 4 — Obtained Squirtle

305: 5 — Obtained Charmander

Also, I found that the flag for enabling trading functionalities on the upper floor of the Pokémon Centers is:
UnSet: 0789

I thought these could possibly be useful to others, so maybe they can be added to PKHeX.
