Thanks for your work. I'm very busy with course work recently. I will merge your PR into a developmental branch without review. I will add a command line option so that users can choose to use your implementation or azure.cognitiveservices.speech |

I recently finished a rebuild of some essential functions of
azure.cognitiveservices.speech, and adapted it inaspeak.It has passed all examples, and my own tts has ran properly in my own code.
