Description

As part of this issue, we have introduced fixes to the jaeger-operator.
Changes were included in the 1.34.1 release.
Helm charts also needed an update to add a new dependency to cert-manager.

Created a PR to bump jaeger to 1.37.0, see #15528
As the new webhook of the operator requires a cert-manager which is currently not trivial to solve, the chart generates a certificate by default and the webhook gets not activated.
I verified that the webhook is only relevant for an openshift elasticsearch setup and for one migration procedure regarding tls settings, so all not relevant.
