PreCompiled list needs to generate correctly and POST to database #18

user has to select 4 icons one selection in each row to create pre-compiled list
once four selections have been made it redirects users to creating name for trip list
once trip name is selected and click 'next' it should redirect to pre-compiled list
trip name is added to each new preCompiled list after the four selections are made when next is clicked
new Trip preCompiled list is being posted to database correctly
